About this scholarship
The ManCap Foundation gives $5,000 grants, named for Alberta entrepreneurs, to Alberta high school graduates entering first year at a designated Alberta institution in preparation for starting a business.
Worth knowing
The Foundation states plainly that academic excellence is not a prerequisite and financial need is a criterion. You need an acceptance letter, two letters of recommendation and answers to their questions. Recipients are announced September 30.
