About this scholarship

Four regional awards of $1,000 from the Native Women’s Association of Canada for Indigenous women in post-secondary study who are under 31, show financial need and are committed to improving Indigenous women’s and youths’ circumstances.

Worth knowing

Law and related studies are preferred but not required. The awards are regional, so you compete against students in your part of the country rather than the whole national field. The association lists further eligible applicants on its own page.
