An $800 entrance award for a student starting full-time Bachelor of Education studies at Red Deer Polytechnic, on academic achievement and financial need.
Red Deer Polytechnic runs one General Application that closes May 31 and puts you in the running for every award you qualify for, so this is one box on a form rather than a separate submission. The Olafson endowment funds a second entrance award for science students, so a candidate deciding between education and science should look at both before choosing which to argue for.
