Worth knowing
Email the application form to the CAMIS address on the form by October 1, after you start your first year. Include official proof of acceptance and enrollment in an accredited Canadian diagnostic imaging program and a letter of recommendation from an instructor or work contact in central Alberta. Answer three short essay questions in 150 words or less each, on why you chose diagnostic imaging, what you would bring to the profession and who your hero is. Results come out in late October.
About this scholarship
Central Alberta Medical Imaging Services in Red Deer gives five $1,000 entrance scholarships a year to first-year diagnostic imaging students, favouring those from central Alberta.
