Grade 12 Indigenous Albertans accepted into an Alberta business program

Two $1,500 awards for Grade 12 Indigenous students who are enrolled in or accepted into a business program at an Alberta college, polytechnic or university that offers the prerequisites for the CPA Professional Education Program. You have to be an Alberta resident, self-identify as First Nations (status or non-status), Métis or Inuit, and submit a letter or a two to three minute video on why you are heading into business or accounting, plus recent transcripts and one letter of support from an instructor. Preference goes to students who intend to pursue the CPA designation.

Apply through the online form on the CPA Education Foundation site, one form per award. CPA has not published the 2027 dates yet. May 1 has been the deadline in recent years, so confirm with cpaef@cpaalberta.ca before you count on it.
