About this program

A school year abroad as a Rotary youth ambassador: live with two to four host families, attend high school full-time and learn the language. For the August 2027 departure, southern Alberta applications close November 15, 2026, with interviews in late November. Students in northern Alberta apply through Rotary District 5370.
